Sales Manager
Phill looks after our sales channels which comprise of our internal sales team and external agencies that sell our apartments. He also has a hand in our marketing activities and works closely with the creative and marketing departments to plan the campaigns we eventually bring to the market. In his spare time, he likes keeping fit, attempting to play a few songs on the piano, and he also loves to make a mess in the kitchen.
Lisa Huang
Sales Specialist
Lisa has a long history of working in real estate, so she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to property sales. Her expertise covers building client relationships, answering the most difficult of questions, and being involved in the sales process from start to finish. When she’s not hard at work, she’ll be spending time with her two children, visiting family, exploring the outdoors, and cooking a variety of cuisines in her kitchen.
Vance Haywood
Sales Specialist
Vance is in the perfect role, because he truly enjoys the sales process (some may say he finds too much enjoyment in creating spreadsheets too). Vance excels in talking through the clients’ requirements with them, presenting and discussing the pros and cons of the options available and helping with the purchase process. He takes the time to talk clients through each stage so that they are 100% comfortable that they are making informed decisions at every stage. He is happy when he sees clients become homeowners. On the weekends, Vance enjoys spending time with his family and travelling around NZ and the world.
