Newmarket - Flying High

The development is flying high above the motorway now – The Newmarket team are absolutely steaming through the construction of each building. Building C floors are all poured and roof structure is up. Façade is going up very quickly – up to Level 4 now. Internal partitions are well advanced up to level 4, plasterboard up to level 3. Building B is not far behind C, again all floors poured and working on the roof. Partitions have begun internally, with the façade up to level 4. Building A basements are all complete and floors poured up to level 3 with steelwork progressing up to level 5. Podium outdoor space will start to take shape over the next few weeks which will tie into the current ground levels.

This Development has a Transitional Exemption Certificate (Overseas Buyers can purchase our residential units and live there!) There are now 17 Residential Units available for sale

Wellington Laying the Foundations

The final perimeter scaffold has disappeared allowing the rapidly increasing façade installation to complete and with only two bays of roofing to install the fit out works are in second gear ready to shift to third imminently. Final foundation works are in progress which will allow the final floor infills to be completed pre Christmas and allow an uninhibited fit out. The team are firing from all cylinders and enjoying the ever changing landscape of the corner of Taranaki and Vivian Street, Te Aro. Hurry! Last 8 residential units remaining! Show Home at Ellerslie

The presentation centre on site is now complete, with our team hosting a BBQ to celebrate the official public launch.
With over 250 sausages disappearing in less than an hour, the event was a huge success which has subsequently converted into a considerable amount of very happy purchasers.

Safari Family Spotlight

Family is everything! Which is why Safari Group is such a tight knit group – we see our colleagues as ‘extended family’. To get an insight into the Safari Group team we thought we’d showcase a staff member each month, but this month we focus on our yearly retreat.

Waiheke Safari Retreat

Rather than focus on an individual this month we thought we’d share info from our yearly Safari retreat. Past retreats included Sydney, Melbourne and Sea Cruises, but with COVID in full swing we thought we’d take the opportunity to keep it local. With our projects situated all over New Zealand, its not always easy to bring the team together on a regular basis, which is why these retreats are so beneficial. It gives team members an opportunity to socialize, meet partners and family members, and most importantly – relax.

We flew everyone to Auckland and caught the morning ferry to Waiheke Island. From there we were met by our Wine and Food tour guides from Ananda Tours. They were amazing in showing us everything Waiheke had to offer! Starting at the Mudbrick Vineyard for an amazing breakfast, we were then shown the sights and facts of Waiheke before visiting award winning Olive Oil makers – Rangihoua Estate. After sampling some amazing olive oil and artisan breads we were ready to sample some wine! The host at Goldie Estate gave us some great insights into what we were tasting, and a background into the Estate’s affiliation with the University of Auckland.

We finished the day unwinding at Wild at Waiheke with dinner and more drink tasting, before everyone was truly exhausted from a great day! Stay tuned to the newsletter for more Safari Family events. Everyone here is excited for our christmas event as well as next years Safari Retreat!
