City Stables
Designed by Architects Patterson, these four amalgamated buildings comprise two levels of carparking, with two upper levels for offices and retail space. The paved courtyard to level two, boasts a street theatrical theme consisting of an ocean catwalk, puppet show case area and theatre balconies. The external cladding system comprises a mixture of steel framed zinc clad shutters and fixed undulated panels to provide a tough yet evocative outer foil to the facades of four low rise office towers.
Cleveland Rd
This pioneered design provides three levels of office and carparking facilities. The cladding features GRC panelling which provides an innovate exterior. “Top down” construction techniques were applied with difficult basement excavation.
Childcare Centre
This upmarket childcare centre is equipped with the latest facilities including computers, aquariums, gymnasium and an excellent playground feature.
Dressmart
The redevelopment of the Dressmart, in Onehunga, shopping complex introduced 21 new retail outlets with extensive under cover carparking. The visible architectural services and exposed structural steel make this a shopping experience.
Quest Ponsonby
Quest Ponsonby is a fully managed boutique hotel providing 44 units comprising one, two and three bedroom freehold accommodation.

Retail tenancy and a restaurant facility is provided at ground level with two levels of basement carparking below. The development is constructed from precast wall and floor panelling with a landscaped and paved internal courtyard and water feature.
Domain Terraces
Domain Terraces, seeks to recreate the traditional terraced style housing that is so popular in Australia but is relatively unknown in New Zealand.

The terraced development consist of 36 units with 5 commercial storage units and a café.
Remuera Road
Remuera Road is an upmarket 25 townhouse development.

Each townhouse was specifically modified to suit individual tenant requirements. The timber framed development features plastered exterior walls, metal and fabric roofing and cobblestone paving with planted landscapes.
Riro St
Riro Street was designed for Housing New Zealand, to provide a community sense, catering especially for the elderly. The 14 light timber framed units consist of 3 bed rooms with a brick and tile exterior.
Scanlan St
This timber framed development provides six number two bedroom houses. The three level houses are clad with Monotek and painted cedar weatherboards each featuring double car garaging below.
